Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in at Kaira Park, Alwarpet, Chennai, starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
If you want to extend your stay in Chennai, just reach out to our front desk. We recommend using the in-room safe for your valuables. Kindly note that the staff or the administration of our hotel would not be responsible for any lost items during your stay.

Cancellations & Refund:
If you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in, you will get a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the rate for one night.

The refunded amount will be credited within 7 business days.

Public Decency and Behaviour:
We don’t accept bookings with local IDs or from unmarried local couples at our Chennai hotel.
Any damage done to the hotel property caused by you or your guests will be charged to your bill.
Please follow local laws and respect the rules of good behavior. Gambling and illegal activities are not allowed.
In public areas of Kaira Park, Alwarpet, kindly dress appropriately. Undergarments, swimwear, and overly casual clothes are strictly not allowed in common areas.
Please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways and public areas, especially late at night, to avoid disturbing other guests.

Hygiene and Security Standards:
No smoking is allowed in any of the rooms.
Please don’t take any room items out of the hotel. They’re for your use during your stay in Alwarpet.
For your own safety, don’t bring flammable or hazardous materials into the hotel.
Cooking inside the rooms is strictly not allowed.
Weapons are strictly not allowed on the property.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or other parts of the hotel.

Miscellaneous:
For longer stays, we kindly ask you to settle your bill every 7 days. You will be asked to pay the remaining balance at check-out.
Washing and drying clothes in the room isn’t allowed. We offer these services in our hotel, and our housekeeping team in Alwarpet will gladly help with laundry.
